마이크로서비스 프로그래밍

현재 window git bash에서 실습 중인데 docker-machine scp docker-compose.yml manager:~ 명령어를 실행하면 

ssh: connect to host 127.0.0.1 port 22: Connection refused

/c/Program: Connection closed

exit status 255

라는 에러가 뜹니다. 어떻게 해결해야 할까요??
