flask 서버를 띄워서 간단한 웹을 만들었습니다. 파이썬 파일을 실행하면 웹에 접속이 가능한데 

도커에 빌드하고 run하면 connection refused가 뜨면서 접속이 불가합니다. 


이외에 html 파일 3개가 templates 폴더 안에 들어있는 형태이며 파이썬 파일에서 html을 실행합니다.
