질문3. 프린트실행시 "주민등록번호 앞자리 6자리를 입력해주세요" 가 먼저 나오니 userinput 변수를 먼저 꼭  입력해야 할 필요가 있는건 아닌건가요? 

Yes  we do have to have userinput before using the function makeBirthdaystring, since userinput is our input for the function
