웹 파이선 프로그래밍

제가 

besticecream=input(prompt="what's the best icecream in the world? ")

if(besticecream == "together prerlin and amond") :

    print("true")

else :

    print("wrong")

이 코드를 IDLE Shell 하고 쥬피터 노트북 둘 다 돌려봤는데 쥬피터만되고 파이썬 IDLE에선 

TypeError: input() takes no keyword arguments 

라는 에러가 계속 뜹니다. 저는 쥬피터 노트북이랑 파이썬이 같은 거인줄 알았는데 한쪽에선 되고 한쪽에선 안되는데 그 이유가 궁금합니다!! 그리고 저 에러가 뭐때메 발생하는지도 궁금합니다.
